Hello, We are Keith and Kayla Fuerstneau. We recently had identical twin boys on July 23rd 2018. Keegan 5lbs 4oz and Kai 4lbs 11oz. They were born at 34 weeks due to me being diagnosed with high blood pressure and preeclampsia. We had to have an emergency C-section, they were admitted to the special care nursery. The boys both needed cpap to get their breathing started. Kai needed an IV to regulate his blood sugars. They both spent 48 hours under billilights for jaundice. They both need feeding tubes till they can handle oral feeds. We have spent the last 2 weeks at the hospital. Keith has been staying with us due to me recovering from my C-section and wanting to help as much possible to get our boys home. Keith has exhausted all of his PTO and will be taking unpaid time off once we transition to life at home. Any help that you can provide will be very appreciated.
