The Moore Family

I was rear ended by a car going at least 50 MPH.  my car was sandwiched and i was rushed to the ER on a stretcher with a brace around my neck.  i ended up being diagnosed with a major brain bleed, whiplash, fractured jaw and 3 of my teeth dislocated one being shoved up my gum.  I am now having to go to a chiropractor, endodontist, orthodontist and a plastic surgeon.  I also obtained a laceration of the lip which had to be stitched and now is scarred and have a hard time eating, especially with my teeth.  Doctor said if my teeth aren't taken care of, they may have to extract them and I may have to get implants.  My dental insurance doesn't kick in until Jan and what i need done is considered major so the insurance will not be helping until at least 6 months to a year.  I am not allowed to work and have to heal especially my jaw.  I also lost my car due to this accident and am spending a lot of money on lyft and am having a hard time with everyday bills as my family resides in another state.
