She was born at 32 weeks and 1 day due to mom having preeclampsia progressing into HELLP syndrome. Mom was on bedrest the week and a half prior with some of it being in the hospital. Mom also had multiple clinic visits prior to delivery due to high blood pressure throughout pregnancy. Savannah is in the NICU and required some respiratory support as well as nutritional support. It is unknown at this time how long she will need to be in there or when she will be able to come home. Mom had to have a C-section and is still requiring blood pressure monitoring.
