Hello, my name is Dina Intenga. I was recently diagnosed with NMO, (swelling of the spine causing me to be paralyzed neck down). I also have an autoimmune sickness called Lupus ( that's when your immune system fights against itself with random flare ups). 

Right now am in rehab trying to revive my mobility functions. This health scare has caused me to be dependent on family,  and financial challenges. I am not able to use my arms and legs being paralyzed.
