Our Story
My story is long , so I will try to sum up my situation best I can.
I was diagnosed with cancer In 2016 and placed on permanent disability, which limited my income. Because of this, I was recently evicted from my home of 48 years. Even though I begged, pleaded and tried everything I could to save our home, in the end we still lost it. And with my husband only receiving SS retirement, and my extremely limited income, it was very hard to find a place that would rent to us.
A few months ago, I suffered a major set-back with my cancer that caused numerous hospital stays and transfusions. The stress that I have been under is also a very big factor with my cancer. Right now my numbers are at a dangerous level and causing me to restart my chemotherapy until the very high levels are under control. With the constant stress of this and unpaid bills, it is making the new treatment very hard to do and making my life a constant nightmare.
I just need a break to get caught up and hopefully find resources going forward to give us a fresh start. I really need help or a miracle right now. I don't want to constantly live fear of the overwhelming bills that just keep getting higher.
My favorite time of year is Christmas, which is coming up fast, and I can't even look forward to it this year. We don't have a penny to spare to celebrate. I have a husband, 3 beautiful children and 2 amazing grandchildren that I want to be here for. I want to watch my grandchildren grow. Please help me and provide a road I look forward to walking on.
Thank you

💔 Update on Cindy’s Health Journey
The last few months have been incredibly difficult for Cindy. She’s been facing a severe setback, and right now she’s fighting for her life in the hospital with a dangerous heart and blood infection.
Just a short time ago, she began experiencing intense chest pain and trouble breathing. We rushed her to the hospital, but after a few days she was sent home without answers — no one could pinpoint the cause. Sadly, her symptoms worsened, and last week she was rushed back to the ICU with severe chest pain and difficulty breathing. Doctors discovered infectious fluid in her chest that had to be drained, and since then, things have only grown more complicated.
As of now, she is still in the hospital while the medical team works tirelessly to find an antibiotic that will fight off two new infections they’ve found. It’s been an incredibly tough and uncertain time for all of us, especially heading into the holiday season. We’re sharing this update to keep everyone informed and to ask — from the bottom of our hearts — for your continued love, prayers, and support.
If you’re able to help in any way, whether by donating, sharing her story, or simply keeping her in your thoughts, it means more than words can express. Thank you all for standing by her side through this fight. Your kindness, messages, and generosity give us strength every single day. ❤️
