Over the past year my sister has been having increasing pain and immobility in her feet.  The first 2 doctors she saw gave her braces and orthotics which only made the pain worse.  She recently saw a 3rd doctor who will perform a triple fusion surgery on her ankles to relieve pain and increase her ability to stand and walk.  

The worst foot should be operated on as soon as possible, and if it is done before the end of the year she will have met her deductible to cover the medical cost of surgery.  Lisa still works full time as a caregiver.  She used all of her leave earlier this year for a hiatal hernia surgery and recovery so will have no income while recovering.  Like most of us, she has a mortgage, insurance and utilities to pay during that time.  She can not afford to be off without pay for the 4+ month expected recovery time.  The total we are trying to raise is to cover a 5 month period until she is working again. 

Because the physical nature of her job, she cannot return to work until the foot has healed sufficiently.  She needs help with her monthly bills during recovery.   Assistance is needed so she does not postpone the needed surgery, causing the deformity to continue to worsen.  Any financial support will be deeply appreciated. Thank you.
