Cooper was born on 11/28/25, after 5 hours of life he experienced respiratory failure and stopped breathing. So far Cooper has undergone countless procedures and testing such as MRI scans, upper airway scopes,  swallow study, GJ tube placement, and genetic testing,. The testing thus far has not explained why he experienced respiratory failure or his poor oral function and management of oral secretions. Cooper was recently transferred to Sioux Falls to gain more specialized care. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
