After a year of infertility my husband and I were finally pregnant! Our daughter Winona, decided to arrive early at 34 weeks. Because of her early arrival she is considered a premature baby. She currently has been in the NICU for 23 days. In the beginning her blood sugar was low on her own, and she developed jaundice. The hospital she stays in is 45 minutes away from home. Everyday I drive to see the daughter I have been dreaming of having. Iv’e always wanted to become a mother. I never thought I wouldn't be able to take my baby home. I had no idea giving birth at 34 weeks would result in a NICU stay. I can’t wait to take the baby of my dreams home.
