I am a 65 year old woman.  I had Endometrial Cancer and had surgery.  Eight months later, I had my right thyroid removed because they were concerned it was cancerous.  Fortunately, it wasn't.  I was on medical leave for months and for two of those months I had no income.  I would like to enjoy being cancer-free without such financial stress.
