Helen was born at four months of gestation (Five months premature) and spent 3 months in an incubator in the hospital. As a result she has cerebral palsy and is completely disabled. She does not talk, walk or hear. Mom does everything for her including transportation. This is the reason why we need a wheelchair enabled van. She is too heavy now to be lifted in and out of car seats. Any assistance we can get to purchase a wheelchair van will be most appreciated.
