I am the wife of the patient that's in the hospital my husband Leeroy Thomas was admit it into the hospital on his birthday come to find out a week later things turned for the worst and now he  is fighting for his life he end up having  a stroke along with he already has kidney failure and heart disease now he said I see you with the breathing tube in his mouth we had just moved into our place and he is my client that I was working for now he is in the hospital I don't have no other income coming in to help me pay the rest of our deposit and our rent for the next 2 months just how long we're looking for him to be in the hospital and far as that he also will be getting his legs amputated if you have any questions and need the social worker number or the hospital number please feel free to send me an email or call me and I will answer any questions that you need and get any information that you need thank you.
