Hello. In 2011 I was diagnosed with a rare form of  head and neck cancer.  I have had several debilitating and disfiguring surgeries.  I will have to start systemic therapy soon to try and keep the cancer under control. I live in South Carolina and travel to Texas for treatment, rehabilitation, and follow up. I have to travel a lot. Any assistance I can be provided with living expenses so that I can focus on traveling to and from my appointments would be appreciated.
