Hello, my accident occurred on my way to work after 16 inches of snow. Instead of falling face-first, I saved myself by landing on my knee. After 5 years, I had to have surgery to repair the damage. 3 weeks after the surgery, I felt a sharp pain and ended up back in the hospital for 10 days. I had a blood clot in my lungs that affected my breathing. Now my doctor has extended the return date for work, and negatively affecting my daily life and the ability to pay my bills.
