I am a mother of 2 boys, 8 and 15 years old. One day I was doing my hair, as I always do, and started having a stroke. I did not know at first what was going on. All I wanted to do was lay down and go to sleep. As I tried to get up my leg and arm on my left side would not move. That is when I knew I was having a stroke. I tried to make it to my son's room and get him up. He called 911. Thank God he did not go away for the weekend as he had planned. I do not know what would of happened to me. This was in May and I have not been cleared to go back to work as of yet. I have not had any income and have used all my savings to pay bills. My kids did not get school clothes and shoes this year because I had to save everything I could. I need some help. I can not do this on my own anymore and I have no one to help me.
