I am a 64 yr old mother and nana. I was active and busy with them and my work then was diagnosed with cancer Suddenly. While  this was a shock since I did not feel sick at all and had worked for the past year to get myself into the best shape I have been in since I was 50 yrs old! I want to be able to do more things with my granddaughter and live as long as possible to watch her grow and help her pursue her dreams as long as possible.

Now I am fighting to just get into remission, I want as much time this cancer will allow me to spend with my family. Unfortunately, I'm unable to work because of treatments and I'm not sure if I will be able to return to work. It depends on how long the treatments last and how well the treatments succeed.

The inability to work along with the costs of traveling daily to treatments, I'm now left with having to start the process of filing for Bankruptcy. I'm still am finding it hard to pay for basic living expenses at this time. I've had to borrow from friends and family, which causes me so much. It used to be my job to help them, not need them to help me at this age.
