Our Story
Sage was born on 11/20/25 via emergency C-section due to a placenta abruption. This caused her to have blood in her lungs and stomach and had to be resuscitated. She has been brought to the NICU for therapeutic hypothermia to watch her neuro development and let her brain heal.
Family Updates
Sage update - after 12 very long days she was discharged and is home! 🙏🏼Thank you all so much for the prayers, and every way you’ve supported us on this crazy journey 🩶Her siblings are over the moon in love with her.
Little update - Sage is off Oxygen and her TPN line is out. She is working on eating more and that’s the biggest hurdle. She had a couple spells where her heart rate dropped and needed stimulation to bring it back up. So they are also monitoring that too. She is improving but still in has a ways to go.
