Our sweet Iris Joy was diagnosed with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome 10 days after birth. We have 6 other children at home that we're also trying to care for and we're looking at multiple heart surgeries and a long road ahead. Worrying about returning to work due to financial needs while trying to be at the hospital to care for Iris and also being home with the other kids is a lot to juggle.
