The Bicigo Family

Bennet was diagnosed with hepatoblastoma on May 6, 2019.  This is a rare cancerous tumor that affects the liver. While in the hospital Bennet had to have an emergency appendectomy and because of his surgery had to have his chemotherapy delayed. He is a strong, caring little boy who loves to help around the house. He also loves to help play with his new little sister. She was about 6 weeks old when her big brother was diagnosed and admitted to the hospital. He also loves to play in his sand box at home, work with tools in the garage with Dad and go for long strolls around the neighborhood. Bennet is our silly, playful little helper and surprises us every day with his strength and desire to play and be the smart, curious toddler we love.
