The Borkowski Family
Our Story
Hello, I am Steve. I was recently diagnosed with a brain tumor. Grade II oliodendrew glioma. Which really sucks.
My dream is to fight this cancer and travel with my family to make memories. If we could ge a trailer to hook up so we could actually afford to go to places rather than paying $400 for a room.
It does not need to be new but any donations go directly toward the dream. We have a vehicle to pull it, and we live close enough to the beach to make our first trip there and make good memories.
My wife and I grew up here in Texas with summers on the beach, and what joy that would surround our family with love and renew our strength. The beach is a healing place.
The most important thing is Phoebe, our precious girl. She was born with an extra chromosome or Downs syndrome, and I would love to see her smile at the ocean.
We would appreciate any help. Thank you. I will try to update when I can. Please spread far and wide.
Family Updates

Heard this one today and it resonated with me. I am an overthinker and I feel like I messed everything up. But each day is a new day to make things right. Be kind to yourselves and you will shine. Peace hugs and love, Julie, Steve, and Phoebe.

Things are about the same. He is more and more tired. I tell him it’s ok to sleep. The doctors are switching him to an all oral chemo. The port will stay. Fingers crossed for good response. Please help us meet our goal. The easiest way is to share this.
Peace love and hugs, the Borkowski family

Hello friends,
not much to say here a kind of update. We’ve had some rough talking about going on a experimental oral drug rather than chemo and drugs, not sure if that means anything significant.
Steve did talk about giving up, but we’re in this together and again for the campaign we would love any donation that you can offer or if somebody that is selling a used one. None of this money goes to us to our hands or to our bank account.
It goes directly to whoever we can purchase it from. I do wanna make sure we can have a little joy.
This cancer diagnosis has been the hardest thing. I am going to pay it forward by taking others to recharge and heal.
I know your gift will e make a better mans dream come true. just know he is the most t deserving man who never stops giving..but he could use some lifting up.
If you could share and help us get some donations so we can have some healing. It all counts thank you God bless.
