Jaxen was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma on 6/26/2023. He endured 12 weeks of chemo before losing his leg to a partial amputation called a rotationplasty. He went on to finish 25 weeks of chemotherapy before he relapsed again while still in treatment. We had a lung thorascopy to remove 2 nodules from his chest, on his birthday 01/10/2024. He began secondline treatment for 18 more weeks. On the day he rang the bell, we found out he had relapsed with 5 new lung nodules. Jax just had a thoracotomy on 8/23. He will be starting chemotherapy again in 4 weeks.
