My name is Serena Clarida-Davis, I am 39 years old and married with 2 children, ages 4 and 6. I have been out of work back and forth due to chronic migraine and tension headaches. This has lead me to be out on FMLA without pay several times as well as them wanting to admit me in the hospital. I have several appointments with nuerologist to find out what is wrong. I am currently back working and have fell behind on my rent and have been told that owners have started the eviction process. My husband lost work due to covid and started staying home with our youngest child due to me not being able to afford child care for him. I am currently the only source of income. Please help us keep a home for our babies.
