At 4 years old, Jayden is already teaching us so much about strength. He is incredibly intelligent and has such a hunger for learning, despite everything he’s been through. Jayden  is a hypoplastic left heart single ventricle kiddo who recently navigated his third open-heart surgery—the Fontan procedure—this last month and a half has been extremely difficult due to 3 readmissions, one that we are currently in. Doctors are deciding if he needs a pacemaker. It has been a long 7 days being admitted.
