The Diaz Family

My son, Michael Diaz, was born at 23 weeks gestation on April, 27th 2017 at Duke University Hospital in Durham, NC. The chances of his survival were very slim at birth, but I decided to do everything I possibly could to help keep him alive. He is now 6 years old, and has a terminal status with a life expectancy that doesn't surpass adolescence. Over the past 6 years I have exhausted all of my assets along with accumulating a large sum of debt to support Michael through his hospital admissions as well as funds for lounging, food, and other necessities with traveling 2 hours from my home in Raeford, NC to Duke University Hospital in Durham, NC. I have recently found out about my son, Michael Diaz's, terminal status and I would like to spend every moment I have left with him making memories and making sure he knows he's loved.
