REALIZING one wrong move, and I'm PARALYZED for the rest of my LIFE is what bring me here. I have been diagnosed with Severe Spinal Stenosis, leaving me wearing a neck and back brace 24 hours a day to protect my spine. I am nervous of every move I make and has left me with a poor quality of life. I have 2 children and 5 grandchildren who  need me so bad. My daughter has asked me not to give up, but I've missed every holiday and birthday the last 3 years. I need handicap accessible transportation to go to my specialist and surgeries, but has to come out of pocket for my recovery. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
