Jacob currently has a heart condition & had open heart surgery 5 years ago.  recently he has underwent emergency brain surgery due to fluid on the brain. He is currently awaiting another brain surgery to stop fluid blockage. His hospitalization has caused a significant burden on him & mother. Their housing situation is making it difficult to work & afford rental expenses. God Bless
