Jacob currently has a heart condition & had open heart surgery 5 years ago.  recently he has underwent emergency brain surgery due to excessive fluid on the brain. Jacob is currently awaiting another brain surgery to stop fluid blockage. His hospitalization has caused a significant burden on him & his mother financially while in transition of moving to a new place to live.  Jacob has a long recovery which makes it difficult to make ends meet.
