My name is Thomas and I am currently battling Stage 4 lung cancer that has spread to my brain. I was able to have one of the masses from my brain removed the other was inoperable as is the one in my lung. I have been my family's breadwinner and now I am unable to work and now behind on my rent and utilities. I was only just approved for long term care and so in either January or February and can now apply for CDPAP for my partner who is and has been my caregiver for 18+ months. I am only looking to get assistance for past rent which is $5400 and utilities $800. I have been having more issues lately and I don't want to live my partner and our daughter with this burden or be at risk of being evicted. If you can help in any way I would appreciate it so much.
