I am a single mother of 2 beautiful little girls, who just recently went through divorce and house fire. It’s been a rough year and just found out about a 2 months ago that I have narrowing of my carotid arteries on the left side that has been causing me really chronic symptoms that have left me in and out of the hospital. Everyday I fear I may have a stroke with hour chronic these pains are daily. I currently cannot work until they figure out what options I have after  running testing . I am on short-term disability and only getting 60% of my pay currently. I have so much to catch up on and can’t seem to catch a break. I’m doing everything I can to keep a roof over my children’s head and don’t want to lose my home or car . The only things that can help me get to my appts and keep my house got my girls and I to live in. Any help would be appreciated and thank you
