The Hensley Family
Our Story
My name is Michael and I was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure on my 44th birthday. I will be 50 this year and my health has been getting worse causing me to have to have a pacemaker put in at the end of March because my pulse was 28. I still wasn't feeling good and went back to the hospital in May and found out the pacemaker had dislodged and I had to have a new pacemaker put in. The second time they put in a pacemaker that was made for people who have Congestive Heart Failure. I am still recovering and get lightheaded when I try to do too much. The three hospitalizations caused my wife to have to take time off work. We are four months behind on our rent. She is struggling to try and get caught up. I hate seeing my wife struggle and I wish there was more I could do to help.
