Hello,
My name is Jesse Hokom and I am 36 years old. I went in for a Dr checkup in early September and after doing a CT scan, they called and said I would need to be admitted the next day for surgery.
I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Rectal Adenocarcinoma that also metastasized to my liver. I also had surgery to supply me with a colostomy bag that I currently live with but has saved my life. I’m currently going through Chemo and working part time at the same company I was at, but in a different role which includes less hours and a big pay cut since I am physically unable to work full time due to chemo treatments and my side effects. I’m normally not the type of guy to ever ask for help but some of this has gotten overwhelming.
