I am writing this letter with a lot of hope that you may be able to assist me financially with some of my bills. I was diagnosed with invasive Breast Cancer. Along with the diagnosis came numerous visits to doctors and specialists all of which require co-pays. I underwent mastectomy and Diep flap surgery on March 16, 2021 and have  another follow-up  surgery planned for August 2021.

In addition to breast cancer, I am also a heart attack survivor as well as an endometriosis patient which require regular doctor visits and medications (and associated co-pays). At this point in time, I am simply inundated by medical and living expenses bills.  Your financial assistance will go a long way in not only the financial relief but more peace of mind which will help me focus on the health challenges at hand.

Although I am currently working, I am really struggling financially.  In addition to my living expenses, I also provide financial help to take care of my 80-year-old mother.
