I'm at 51 year old single Father going thru a custody battle for my 16 yo son. We currently are behind on or rent due to a work injury that i sustained. when the mechanic changed the seat in my truck but did not attach the spring, thus causing me to be bounced profusely ,causing 2 herniated disc and a pinched nerve. Workers comp only accepted a sprain strain and currently cut me off benefit wise. but i am waiting on a benefit review conference. I have all the medical to support my claim i have three doctors reports supporting my claim. so far i have received a single injection and waiting on another. I will win the review i just need to get thru the next 2 months of rent and light bill. I only want to do the right thing and show my son the right way, there may be other ways to get the money but i will not defer i will trust that god has someone to help me.
