Hello all! My name is Phelicia and unfortunately I have recently been diagnosed with Breast Cancer.  My rigorous fight back against this unwelcome disease began on October 27,  2025. I had a double mastectomy with auxiliary lymphnode dissection. I’m healing from this and currently awaiting my port placement to begin chemotherapy treatment sometime in December 2025. Chemo will be aggressive and for an extended period of time. After chemo treatments are complete, I will undergo radiation. After radiation, I will have reconstructive surgery. Once I heal from this, it’s recommended that I continue on medication for several years afterwards as well as another surgery if needed. I am a fighter and am determined to kick cancers behind! I’m so grateful to be alive and I’m claiming my complete healing!!! Through this and other platforms, my biggest hope is to be able to bring support, help and light to someone else who may be going through any difficult challenge. I do my best to find positivity in every situation.  I’m certainly not asking for pity; I’m asking for prayers and support! My resilience,  positivity and most importantly my faith have brought me this far. I’m praying that after treatment, recovery and remission I’ll be able to put all of this behind me, and encourage others to fight and WIN. With your generous donations I’ll be able to navigate through the recommend surgeries and treatments, continue to take care of my necessities, and focus on the road to recovery and complete healing without the burden of financial stress. After all is said and done I will be out of work for over a year as long as I’m healing properly. I know that this test is only for a season and Breast Cancer will NOT defeat me! I’m so grateful for the loving support and prayers from my family, friends and social media community. I appreciate any amount that you are able to give.
