My name is Terrance. At the age of 47, I was enjoying life with my son who was about to graduate college, staying active, enjoying the nice weather, when I received a promotion at my job. When God had other plans for me. I was diagnosed with HPV positive squamous cell carcinoma (neck cancer). I had told I had to take care of it right away, as soon as possible. A month later I was in surgery doing a left robotic tonsillectomy with a neck dissection. 

A few weeks later I was informed I had to receive 30 rounds of radiation treatment. I was able to get into the Mayo Clinic in Rochester (Mn) but this meant I would be away from home for almost 4 months and not able to work. I was finally able to return back to work last week, but now the medical bills are piling up high and it's becoming overwhelming. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you.
