I was in a bad car accident that caused damage to my lungs. I am now on oxygen and have COPD. I have a very hard time breathing. I only receive $1200 a month through disability. My lot rent alone is $530 a month. I have my mortgage, home owner insurance and phone bill still each month. I need help please, I live alone. Thank you.
