Rawshin grew up a bubbly fun little girl to be around. Rawshin is 14 years old. She is the oldest of 5 in her family. Rawshin was bubbly and joking around making people around her laugh hard. At the age of 7 years old she lost hearing on the left ear due to a severe infection that did not respond to treatment available in her home country Iraq. As of March 2023, Rawshin right ear hearing dropped from 50% to 5% due to infection leaving her with no hearing. Dr. Ronen Nazarian MD evaluated her and said that she needs a cochlear implant and tympanoplasty which will cost $65,000. Rawshin is here in Fresno right now for the treatment. She only has 2 months to get this treatment done. She has no health insurance and is unable to access health insurance. Thank you for your time and compassion.
