I am 53 year old disable woman due to being shot 17 times in New Orleans in November of 2010 , now residing in Dallas, Tex. since Hurricane Katrina . I’ve been homeless for 2 years sleeping in my old truck and from time to time in a hotel . In 2015 my intestines was cut and I became septic which I almost died twice . After being in intensive care I had a wound vac, and osteomy for about 9 months and had Nurse’s coming in 3 times a week and on emergency calls . In spite of it all I kept things positive and tried to live .  But since it all I suffer with anxiety, stress because I’m still having surgeries from the shooting , and living on disability for which my whole income goes to my rent because I needed a place to live with all my injuries . Plus in 10/2015 a Physician puncture my intestines. And I went septic twice .
