After a heartbreaking loss of her Child and divorce, Marie was able to bounce back only to be diagnosed with HIV and cancer on the same day.  She has always been resilient, but her health issues have left her unemployed and now facing some very turbulent times.  She does qualify for Survivor Benefits from the Military but they stated it can take 1-2 years for application to be processed and approved.
