In April 2018, our beautiful daughter Isabel was diagnosed with a pilocytic astrocytoma brain tumor. With a lot of prayer and amazing doctors, her tumor was removed. Our daughter was an only child at the time. That experience caused our family to reflect. Isabel realized she wanted a sibling. Well, her wishes were granted. We were told we were expecting identical twins in August!! We were very excited and so grateful to be given such wonderful news. After the trauma we had experienced with Isabel, we knew it was a blessing. Isaiah Ayden and Ezra Jordan were born on January 19 at 31 weeks. They have been in the NICU since then. We have incurred a lot more medical bills due to the unexpected hospital stay for both babies. I will be exhausting all my benefit time in addition to going on a 9 week unpaid maternity leave once the babies are released from the NICU. We definitely appreciate any financial assistance that would be given to us at this time.
