Hello, My name is Sarah, and I am 41 years old. I was in the hospital for 2 weeks with an intra abdominal infection that required surgery, and drains placed to drain the infection. I also developed a blood clot in the Mesenteric Artery and was placed on blood thinners. I am self-employed as a hair dresser and have to pay rent weekly and have missed almost a month of work. This has been catastrophic - I have been too ill to provide any services to my clients, therefore I have had no income for the last month. I am a single Mom with no assistance. This is has been a difficult decision to ask for help, but I feel this is my only choice. Thank you for looking and appreciate any help you can provide.
