Garrett is our 4 year old medically complex/special needs little superstar. He spent the first 5 months of his life struggling to live in the hospital, and after several surgeries he was able to discharge and join his family at home with a feeding tube, a breathing tube, and severe developmental delays. He spends as much time as he can at home with his loving parents and 3 siblings, but illness/medical setbacks force him to spend weeks away from home and in the hospital. Even when he is living at home Garrett's unique set of medical complexities requires him to have a fulltime skilled caregiver at his side, day and night. We are raising money so that we can hire these caregivers.  We are doing everything we can to keep him thriving at home with his family, and give him a beautiful and inclusive life. We are committed to the sentiment that "this world is full of beauty even though it is full of pain".
