HI, my name is Joseline and I’m a single mom of 3 children,  seeking help. On September 23,2025 I had an emergency surgery,  to remove a herniated disk and almost lost my right leg. I went to a different hospital regarding back pain and they gave me an injection to supposedly help, but  made matters worse. I was driven to a near by hospital for the emergency surgery. Since then,  I have fallen behind on rent and still not allowed to work under the doctors recommendation. 

I’m doing therapy right now to recover my leg, but I am still not able to bend or twist and harm that area. Please help me and my kids not get kicked out of our apartment. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you.
