Hello my name is Evalyn.  I am 30 years old,  happily married,  and have 4 amazing daughters ages 3, 6, 11, and 12.  I was diagnosed at age 29 with Triple Negative Breast Cancer stage 2 grade 3 in December 2024. I worked full time through the first half of chemotherapy, but I had to take some time off from March- July 2025 for treatment. Unfortunately, because of this, we fell behind in utilities and other bills.. I cut my leave short and returned back to work in July to get caught up in our bills which we are still drowning in. 

I now have to take time off again for surgery coming in September, and would be ever so grateful to receive any type of help. I hope to be able to go back to work in October and would be so appreciative to not be so far behind on our bills by then. Thank you all in advance for your time, we really appreciate it.
