The Wright Family

My one year old son was diagnosed with a pediatric diffuse high grade glioma. They were able to remove a third of the tumor but had to stop due to blood loss. When we recieved pathology we were told it doesnt look good and he was given a 20 percent chance to survive. We are clinging to that percent and praying as hard as we can. He had a second surgery to implant a shunt to drain excess fluid build up in his head. He just completed his first round of chemo. We have a follow up MRI scheduled for next week to check the progress of the chemo and then will make a plan from there.
